1. Find out how health service companies in USA retain their customers. Different sources of information must be used (included the electronic databases at FNU Online Library) to find those marketing practices. Do not confuse customer retention with customer loyalty, they are not the same.
2. Once you find them (at least three experiences) describe the process (steps or capabilities) developed by these B2B and/or B2C health service companies to keep their customers
3. From the experiences found and described by you in your project, make your own suggestions/recommendations regarding the ways of retaining customers in this industry.
1. APA style must be used to write down your project. The final project must content: Cover page (1 sheet), abstract (1 sheet), main body (at least four pages in length), conclusions ( 1 sheet) and References. Use Times New Roman font, size 12.
2. Graphics, tables, figures are allowed in the content (see APA requirements for graphics and figures)
3. It must be posted in a Word document.
