Project #106280 - Statistics

A student of statistics, so we're told, once heard that there one chance in a million of a bomb being on an aircraft. He calculatedthere would be only one chance in trillion of there being two bombs on an aircraft. And all reserved to enjoy these longer odds, therefore, he will always carried a bomb on with him (defused of course). Does his argument plausible..? Why or why not..?
