As you learned in this chapter a loader is operating system feature that is used to load an application into memory and start running it.  When you turn on your computer your computer runs a bootstrap loader which internally loads the operating system into memory and starts running it.    There are some similarities and differences between the two of them.   Compare and contrast these two loaders.
