1.      On a separate piece of paper, draw a network diagram of the project using the Activity-on-Node (AON) format labeling the tasks and showing the task times as well as ES, EF, LS, LF at each node.  Highlight (shade in) the critical path on your diagram.

 

2.      On a separate piece of paper determine how to crash the project so you will finish in 4 fewer days than indicated by your critical path, and do so for the least extra cost.  Show which activities to crash first, then second, etc.  Be sure to show all of

your work.
