Instructions

Write a program that asks the user for two numbers between 0 and 100.
Using IF statements, determine which variable is larger and print this to
the screen. For example:
If the user enters 17 and 5, the output should be
“17 is greater than 5. Your first variable was the biggest.”
If the user enters 17 and 17, the output should be
“17 is equal to 17”
If the user enters 5 and 17, the output should be
“17 is greater than 5. Your second variable was the biggest.”

Now ask the user to enter a number between 1 and 12 (inclusive). Using a switch statement, print this to the screen if the user enters each respective number.
1 – “January”
2 – “February”
3 – “March”
4 – “April”
5 – “May”
6 – “June”
7 – “July”
8 – “August”
9 – “September”
10 – “October”
11 – “November”
12 – “December”
