Minimum of 300 words for each question.  I will provide Market Surveys and Marketing Plan

 

A.   Analyze the results of their existing consumer research (found under Intranet/sales and marketing/market surveys). Highlight Kudler’s strengths and weaknesses with specific emphasis on year-over-year changes (both good and bad) and recommend appropriate marketing strategies and tactics to overcome the weaknesses.

 

B.   Review their marketing plan. Do the tactics in their present plan adequately address the weaknesses identified by the research? What specific tactics would you change and how would you change them. Be specific.
