Description: The purpose of this assignment is assess your cultural diversity maturity level both prior to the course and again, after 5 weeks in this course using the “Pre-Assessment and Post – Test found in the Building a House for Diversity text.  You will be assessing your cultural diversity maturity growth during this course and making recommendations for future change using insight from this course.

After completing each assessment instrument incorporate your results into a -4-5 page paper which is due at the beginning of week six. Provide your thoughts on how your cultural diversity maturity level results were different than anticipated prior to this course.  Explain your perspectives on your new found cultural diversity growth acknowledged throughout this course.  Provide at least five citations from course readings to support your observations. Use APA format.  ”The paper should be 4-5 pages, not including the title page or reference page.  Please include a copy of the assessment documents.
