I'm currently working on a research paper that is asking to

1. Compare a variable mean between two groups

2. Compare a variable proortion between two groups

3. Explore the relationship between two variables

Answer my 2nd research question by statistically analyzing my data using inferential methods. More specifically, use the 6 step hypothesis testing process to ansewr each research question.

The research paper was based on facebook cyber bullying. We found 40 people to take the questionnaire we created based on education.

For my first research question, I decided to test for a population proportion - the proportion of people who have the perception that Facebook anyibullying efforts are effective. I plan on testing whether the population roortion is largef than a fixed amount of 50%. In other words, I would be testing whether more than half of facebook users are confident in facebook's anti-bullyingg efforts.

For my second research question, which involves categorical variables, which in this case will be the level of education and whether a person has been cyber-bully (yes/no). I was considering a 2-way contingency table analysis

Honestly, I'm not quite sure where to start to come up with the equations and answers for these two research questions. Please help....
