By Wednesday, November 13, 2013, individually write a five to six page reflective paper that discusses resistance at three levels and submit to appropriate Discussion Area:

  • Individual
  • Departmental/team/unit
  • Systems or organizational in general

Analyze the various dynamics that account for an apparent inability or unwillingness to learn? How do you identify resistance? How do you overcome resistance as a leader? In analyzing the three levels above, based on your research what methods would you apply to overcome resistance? Be sure to include thoughtful remedies that could be put in place to overcome barriers and resistance. Cite three or more references. Adhere to current APA standards. By Thursday, November 14, 2013, comment on your peers' postings. You can ask technical questions or respond generally to the overall experience. Be objective, clear, and concise in your postings.

By Friday, November 15, 2013, the group leader prepares an executive summary on the papers submitted and discussed on the group discussion area by each team member, summarizing the data collected relative the individual research toward the final group project. Submit report to the M4: Assignment 2 Dropbox. Report on team issues, such as non-participation at this time as well.

Use the Group Assignment Responsibility document from the Doc Sharing Area to track and record teamwork.

All written assignments and responses should follow APA rules for attributing sources.
