Project #19538 - Diff Equ/Physics

Hi I am doing a project on how I can break the sound barrier (mach one) by sky diving, just like Felix Baumgartner did, using differential equations. Imagine that you want to break the sound barrier just by falling from a height above the earths surface, you would need to calculate how high you would need to be so that you could achieve this. (taking into account the density of air at different altitudes, air resistance, gravity and weight...ect. )

Thanks
