See “Key Concepts” under the Objectives Link in week 4 of the eCollege shell for additional insights.

Assignment:

Prepare a 750 - 1,000 word, single-space paper (about 1 ½ to 2 ½ pages) on the following:

Part A: Analyze the various physical risks associated with: 1) a desktop computer; 2) a laptop or note book or tablet computer (pick just one these); and 3) a smartphone.  All of these computing devices will used for company business and will store confidential data.

Part B: Propose specific policies, procedures, technology products, and user education principles that would mitigate these risks.

·        Provide three sources in a “References” page in APA format.  In-text citation not required, but appreciated.

·        The assignment’s word count does not include anything on a cover sheet or the spreadsheet data or the required sources.

·        Submit to the Drop Box by Sunday 11:59 PM of week 4.
