Project #26872 - Price Strategy/Breakeven Analysis

This is a hypothetical price strategy and breakeven analysis for my fictional restaraunt.  The restaraunt is in the mid-west, Ohio to be specific.  I need someone to make up a fictional pricing strategy and breakeven analysis that I can include in my marketing plan project.  I don't care what numbers you come up with as long as they look real and somewhat realistic for the area/region.  

I don't know how to write or format either of these, because I have never done either.  

Background information on my steakhouse:

It is called DD's steak and Cake

We serve highend steak and BBQ with gormet pastries and cakes for dessert.  We use high quality cuts of meat at the prime level only.  The restuarant fixed costs are about 1,500/month, tax is 500/month, utilities is 600/month, licenses 500/annually.

 

The viarable cost is undetermined.  I leave it up to you to decide what it is.  Again, I really don't care as long as it looks realistic.

As for the breakeven analysis, please do it however you see fit.  I have never done one and have no clue how to make one or make it look nice.  Do what you think is best.
