Project #29557 - stand your ground term paper

Term Paper Guidelines:

The purpose of the term paper is to encourage your thoughtful analysis of a topic of constitutional import.  Recognizing, however, that a certain amount of research is necessary in order to understand a topic thoroughly enough to express a well-considered opinion, you must include at least two citations from resource materials other your textbook.  Acceptable sources include professional journals, books, and periodicals such as magazines or newspapers.

In the real world of the workplace, spelling, grammar, and punctuation count; thus, they count here also.  Use spellcheck and proofread your paper.

The paper must be constructed utilizing Word software. Do not use Word Perfect or Works. The paper must include a title, name of student, name and number of the course, and a Resource/Bibliography page.

The paper cannot be one previously submitted to this or any other institution.  All papers will be scanned by "Turn-It-In" to detect plagiarism and/or papers turned in for other courses and/or by other student(s).  No more than 20% of your entire paper can be direct quotations of authors other then you. That is, at a minimum, 80% of what you write in your paper must be your work, your words, and not that of other authors.
