1.   1.  Do you think of the United States criminal Justice as a true system is it a well-integrated system?  Keep in mind there are several different layers to the system. i.e., local, state and federal.

 

2.  2.  Why the Change? - Although crime has not drastically increased in the past 30 years the shape of criminal activity has. Thirty years ago the majority of murders were committed by people known by the victim. Today this is no longer true. What has happened in our country that changed the dynamics of this crime?

 

 

3.  How does today’s modern police force combat the “stop snitching” campaign in inner cities?

 

4.  4.  What obligations does society have regarding the average criminal once they are incarcerated?

 

5.  5.  Juvenile Justice? Recently, a 11 year old boy, in Wampum PA, was held in connection with the death of his father's girlfriend. Where's the culpability of the three parties below (use percentages in your explanation)?
