The codec is availabe at: http://www.itu.int/rec/T-REC-G.729-201206-I/en Compare the bit rate calculated in Question 4 with the bit rate of 8 kbps of the ITU G.729 voice codec. Explain in your own words the reason for the difference between the two bit rates.
