1.  Discuss the various policies that have been implemented in juvenile justice since the 1990's.  Which policy trends are positive, and which are negative?  

2.  Was the sentence in the Jennifer Pruitt case fair?  Why or why not?  Are there policies in place that allow her to be tried as an adult?

3.  How has Miller v. Alabama impacted our policy as it relates to juvenile sentencing or housing juvenile offenders?

4.  What sentencing agency tracks cases involving children being tried as adults?

5.  Explain Hill v. Snyder.
