Project #32741 - Leibniz

1.  What is Leibniz's 'mill' argument against a materialist theory of
mind? What objections might be made to this argument?  Can Leibniz respond
successfully to these objections?

2.  What objections might be made to Leibniz's argument from reflection
for innate ideas?  Can he respond successfully to these objections?

3.  In the Preface to the NEW ESSAYS ON HUMAN UNDERSTANDING Leibniz says
that there are a 'thousand indications' of the existence of unconscious
perceptions.  Carefully explain two of Leibniz's arguments for this
theory.

Requirement: No minimum length, as long as you think you have answered those questions clearly, it's ok (I think it should be about 500 words for each question in order to answer those questions sufficiently).
