This question i have attached the image and the question on this link.

I can do most of the question like figure out the sixe of the shape if it were a circle as it gives us the diameter (4.195mm).

I can work out the area of the rectangle in the middle of the sensor (The image at the top of the Diagram) 2.54 x 3.55mm = 9.02

Its the 2 side parts that i cant get. i know it involves trig and im assuming that if you take one of the side segments and half it you can work out the opposite and adjacent lengths of a triangle? i dont know where to go from there though.

I would be looking for the full question to be done so i can check over what i have did already.

It must be converted to meters as all measurements are in mm and also in scientific notation. Assuming this is just adding x10^2.

the +0.25, +0.32, +.013 and +0.65 should be disregarded i think as thats just the limits of error.

I need the area of the sensor (top part of diagram), all angles rounded to 3 sig figures, scientific notation, if the area was a circle what size would it be? (Use diameter of 4.195?) The take the sensor area and sutract the area had the sensor surface been a complete circle.
