A binomial broadside array consist of 3 vertical center-fed halfwave dipoles arranged in parallel to one another with their centers spaced at half a wavelength. The currentsin each antenna are in phase in ratio 1:2:1. The self resistance of each dipole is 73 ohms. The mutual resistance between center and outer dipole is -12.7 ohms and the mutual resistance between the outer dipoles is 3.8 ohms. Assume that the maximum field occurs when @=90 degrees and is of value four times |Eo| where Eo is the field of a single dipole with 1 Amperes input current.

a) Find the resistance of each dipole

b) Find the power of the array

c) Find the input power to a reference dipole to provide same field
