2. (2) Set the Calculate button as the accept button and the Exit button as the cancel button for the form.

5. (2) Declare a constant to hold the refueling fee (naming conventions used).

6. (4) In the form’s load event, fill the vehicle type combo box with the 4 following items: Compact ($29.99 per day), Standard ($36.99 per day), SUV ($45.99 per day), Convertible ($54.99 per day)

7. (3) Using a method of your choice, make sure that a selection has been made from the vehicle type combo box and do not perform any calculations if a vehicle type is not selected.

8. (8) Use an appropriate event to limit entry in the number of days text box to the digits 0 through 9 and the backspace key. (There is no need to allow the decimal point.)

9. (22) The Calculate button should use a loop to calculate the total charge at the end of each day and display the day number and the total formatted as currency. Don’t forget to add the refueling fee at the end and display the final total. See the samples below.

10. (2) Make sure you add comments to document your program, including your name at the top.

11. Place your completed program (zipped) in the appropriate eLearn dropbox within the allowed time limit.
