1. Health insurance plans are almost always included in labor agreements. Discuss recent developments in this benefit in terms of what is covered, what it costs, and who pays. Include in your answer the most recent attempts at controlling the skyrocketing cost of health insurance. What are union attitudes toward these attempts?

2.  Discuss the relative advantages and disadvantages of increased technological innovation. What devices have unions recently pursued to cushion the employment impact of technological change?

3.  Discuss the concept of concessionary bargaining. Explain its purposes, its relationship to the economy, and its successes and failures in relation to its purposes.

4  Discuss the major factors that have led to increasing varieties of economic supplements in recent years.

5. Discuss the advantages and limitations of the comparative norm, ability to pay, and cost of living methods of wage determination. In your opinion, should business organizations rely on only one of these approaches? Why or why not?
