Choose an organization with which you are familiar. Describe that organization in terms of one of the four broad schools of thought [Classical Management, Human Behavior, Integrated Perspectives (functional or cultural), and Emerging Perspectives (Postmodern, Critical, or Feminist)] discussed in Chapter 3 of Shockley-Zalabak. Then select a different school of thought and describe the organization in terms of that approach. Use at least three ideas from each school in your discussion. attached is chapter 3

Final three pages should answer the following:(no shorter than 500 words but no longer than about 750)
2. How would a Classical Management-style organization have to change in order to apply a different management perspective? Imagine that you have been hired by the Kabalaz Leather Company as a consultant to update its managerial practices. For years, this medium-sized manufacturer of leather bags, belts, wallets, and other leather wares has operated according to the principles of Classical Management. Choose one of the alternative schools of thought to Classical Management (Human Behavior, Integrated Perspectives, or Postmodern, Critical, or Feminist Perspectives) and outline how Kabalaz will have to change in order to conform to the new perspective you're recommending. Using at least two specific theories within the school of thought you've selected, identify specific changes you would recommend.
