Project #41910 - Sales Project Marketing 3316

Students are required to complete an individual sales project during the semester.  The project will include all steps of the selling process from prospecting to negotiating the final sale and then follow up.  Students are encouraged to look at their professional or personal lives to choose what product or service to market.  There will be time throughout the 11 week term to address each step of this process with the individual’s chosen client or business.  As an upper-level marketing course, the professionalism and detail to this project expectation goes without saying. 


The second part of the sales project is the actual presentation or “pitch”.  Visual aids are required and will be posted to the discussion board within blackboard.  The presentation can either be a detailed explanation of the stages in the sales process the student went through to complete the sale on a PowerPoint or the actual sales presentation video given to the student’s client/customer/investor.
