Project #43513 - BCA #1 Nutrition

The purpose of this activity is to assess and create a personally appropriate plan for healthy eating and nutrition. 

This includes:

1) Assessing current eating patterns and stages of change.

2) Practicing goal setting techniques that are applicable to you as an individual while identifying nutrition barriers and strategies to overcome them.

3) Assessing individual stress management skills.

4) Identifying personal dimensions of health and wellness and how they relate to the nutrition behavior change process.
