The assignment is to choose three stocks which you feel would be a good investment. The three stocks should be competitors of one another i chose the 3 big automakers. what i want you to focus on is just the beginning of this project and the shortest part. It is the company history section it should not be more than 3 pages long. Utilize atleast 3 sources for this section to gather your history of each of the 3 automakers they will need to be added to my bibliography so cite them also.

Your project should contain information such as 1) company history, 2) overview of market and competitors, 3) a valuation of the stocks value using the methods learned in class, 4) a complete analysis of the companys financial statements for the last three years, and 5) a recommendation of whether to buy, hold or sell the stocks and at what price. written project should be no longer than 12 pages not including your appendices. Your appendices should include your valuations calculations, financial statements, ratios and any other research you feel should be included. The body of your paper should include no more than 3 pages of history and should be heavily weighted on valuation ratios. The purpose of this project is to value your three stocks. You should use comparable ratios and the discounted free cash flow model. Finally, do not forget to offer an opinion of whether to buy, sell or hold and at what price.
