-Use Heading and Subheadings to break up as well as organize it.

-Provide tables, logic models, and other figures/graphics and explain them.

A. Topic: “Children that were not physically active for at least 60 minutes per day."

Focusing on the health sciences aspect and more on the adolescents particularly on 11th graders.

 

 

a. (2pgs) For the Social Assessment, look over the literature to determine quality of life issues relative to the topic and target population. Describe the quality of life for your target population. Make a case for what you want to propose. Be sure to clearly state who the target population is.

 

b. (2pgs) For the Epidemiological Diagnosis: Health, Behavioral, and Environmental Assessment groups need to consult relevant epidemiological data and literature to discuss the health status of the target population and associate behavioral and environmental factors. Describe the health status of your target population. Identify the behaviors that contribute to the health status of your target population. Lastly, discuss environmental factors that influence the behaviors and/or health status of the target population. In addition, appropriate goals and health, behavioral, and environmental objectives need to be written.
