Students will submit a research paper in regard to an issue that Geriatric Patients/Clients deal with on a regular basis.  A topic will be chosen from a list provided by your Clinical Instructors.  Once the topic has been chosen, the student will address:  the condition or the disease process i.e. causes, whether or not medications can help the patient combat the condition, identify 2 Nursing Diagnosis that are related to the selected condition or disease process, and a minimum of 5 nursing interventions that you would use while caring for this particular condition or disease process.
