Project #47335 - International management

  • Describe and show the initial organization structure for your company.  Why was this structure selected?  Include a diagram of the structure as an exhibit, in addition to the discussion in the body of the paper.
  • Assuming you meet your 10-year growth objectives, will your organizational structure change during those 10 years?  Why or why not?  If it will change, describe and show your new organizational structure.
  • What are the pros and cons associated with the current and new structure(s)?
  • Describe the headquarters-subsidiary control relationships of your international company.  Why was that headquarters-subsidiary relationship chosen?

Each week’s assignment should minimally be 300 words long (for some weeks it is likely to be longer to address all the issues) for the body of the material, which excludes title page, table of contents, exhibits or tables, and references.  Both the weekly submissions and the final paper must follow APA formatting guidelines, including page layout, font, references and citations, tables and figures, etc.  The Resources and Policies tab in the BlackBoard (BB) course shell contains several good references for APA guidelines.  There is a potential template for the paper in the Start Here and Syllabus tab.

Suggested Content:

  • Title Page
  • Table of Contents
  • Introduction
  • Content (answers to specific questions for that week)
