Project #47743 - Writing A SWOT ANALYSIS, I need just the Opportunities part

this is what the proff said in genral

. SWOT ANALYSIS: Students will select a public or nonprofit organization and conduct SWOT analysis, which requires assessment of external and internal environmental forces to identify threats and opportunities as well as organizational strengths and weaknesses. Include in your analysis technological, social, political, cultural, economic, and legal forces that will affect the organization. Identify and understand important stakeholders and their needs and expectations. Discuss the implications of these forces and stakeholders on the organization, that is, on its mission and goals. Do the same for organizational strengths and weaknesses.

All I need is just writting about the Opportunities part in two pages .

it's for master class.

what I have to do in specific in my part:

This member will take all of the OPPORTUNITIES information and compile it into a 2 to 2.5 page paper. They will make sure that the group's ideas concerning the OPPORTUNITIES portion of the assignment are coherent and flow with one another. They will also compile a few powerpoint slides (BASIC FORMATTING) on this topic.

the organization name:Teach for America

this their website http://www.teachforamerica.org

Last thing keep in mind this thing :

I have already some points which will help about the opportunites of the orgnaziation:

This fall of 2014, TFA anticipates that more than 11,000 alumni will serve as pre-K-12 classroom teachers, nearly 900 will serve as school principals, and about 220 alumni will work in school systems leadership.

Approximately two-thirds of TFA’s 37,000 alumni work in education more broadly, including in positions like instructional coaches and assistant principals, as well as in roles in higher education and in non-profit organizations working directly with schools.

In the 2014-15 school year, more than 10,000 corps members will teach 750,000 students in 50 regions across the country.

the growth of Teach For America’s Native Alliance Initiative, the increased recruitment of Native teachers in the corps, and the partnerships, relationship building, and impact Teach For America is developing in Native communities
