Project #48160 - Tools for Project Management, Workshops & Consulting (Nicolai Andler, 2nd Edition)

The below email is a response from my instructor from an assignment I submitted last week (Please read email below). I need assistance with applying some of the different tools & techniques to the situation (Affordable Care Act Rollout Failure). Attached is the revised copy of the homework I submitted last week and what the instructor is referencing. This is a Project Management Assignment (Tools for Project Management, Workshops & Consulting, Nicolai Andler, 2nd Edition). Some of the tools you can use are SWOT Analysis, IS-IS NOT, Issue Tree, Problem Tree, 5 Whys, Decision Tree, Risk Analysis, Work Breakdown Structure, SMART Goals, etc... to name a few. If you could use at least three of these tools & techniques that would apply to the situation that would be great!

Email from my instructor - Good research one thing I was looking for was for you to show me use of many of the tools and techniques (T&T) that you learned throughout this class that were applied (or how you would have applied them). Please review the possibilities and think about these across all the project's Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Closing aspects to apply them here. I'm going to give you 80% for now as it is overall a good research effort but I'm looking for you to show me more T&T application to this research and alignment to project phase here as well. Please incorporate and I'll lift this score for better credit to you.
