one question about the orgainzational analysis .book(images of the organization) by Gareth Morgan

1-    Where do you look for insight? You might think of the R&D LAB, a design group, or anew start-

Up venture when you are asked this question. HBR writers Mohanbir Sawhney and Sanijay Khosla recently came up with seven places to search for new ideas that seen to fit into our course, including:

a.       Examine deviations from the norm or Anomalies,

b.      Find macro trend intersections and combinations (confluence),

c.       Pinpointing deficiencies in the system ( Frustrations),

d.      Ideas that question conventional beliefs (orthodoxies)

e.      Exploiting deviances (extremities),

f.        Learn from immersion and stake holder needs in the sociocultural context (voyages) and

g.       Borrowing from other industries or organizations ( analogies)

Choose two of these ‘’insight channels’’ (or make your own) that you plan to make a habit of checking before you work to produce a smart innovation. Show how and why you chose these two insight channels.
