Project #51572 - organization development Intervention and facilitation

1. Explain how you would address this scenario with an organization development approach.  Be sure to cover contracting, the values that are guiding your approach, the intervention(s) you would use, provide a facilitation guide and your expected results.  (four pages).  This is the scenario below-

 

Several co-workers are having issues with a woman, Caroline, who is a full-time, administrative assistant employee at XYZ Company. She is rude and condescending to everyone. Other employees at XYZ avoid the department because of her. There have been complaints from her co-workers, but the manager has not done anything about the issue for several years. She’s been with the company for seven years. She is in charge of executing changes in a database system that is undergoing change.   She likes doing things her way. When she attends meetings, she frequently interrupts people, has an "attitude", or simply will avoid making the changes that she has been asked  to make. The situation was finally brought to you by the the department manager because the database changes were not being done, the project is behind schedule and the other members of the department have given up trying to work with Caroline. 

 

2. Create a  power point presentation that would be the ACTUAL presentation you'd use with the participants if you were actually conducting the intervention.
