Read Chapter 13: “Products and Services for Consumers.”

In Chapter 13, you will be reading about quality, both in terms of perception and performance. You will examine requirements for product and service adaption in a market to comply with country requirements, as well as addressing consumer need.

Read Chapter 14: “Products and Services for Business.”

This chapter addresses business-to-business (B2B) or industry markets. The chapter reviews the quality industrial/technology standards and the differences in promotion and marketing that are involved in marketing to businesses versus consumers.
