1. A certain population is known to have a normal distribution with a mean of 23.3 and a standard deviation of 7.3. Find the probability that the mean of a random sample of 16 values taken from this population will not be between 20 and 30.

2. 25% of the members population under study are known to have a certain skin condition, and 3 random samples of size 10 are taken from this population, find the probablity none of the samples contains 2 or more cases of this skin condition.

3. A pair of dice will be rolled 3 times, Find the probability that "doubles" will occur on exactly 1 of the 3 rolls. Give answer as reduced fraction.
