Project #56813 - One Paragraph about rape culture and misogyny

We have read a lot about rape culture and misogyny. How do you see this being an issue in culture today? Think about "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke. In addition to the video being extremely unbalanced in terms of sexuality and control (the men are clothed, in powerful positions, and dictating the actions of nearly naked women), the lyrics are also quite rapey, to use my super technical term. Why does the female object of desire need to be told she 'wants it'? Why is wanting sexual activity at odds with being a 'good girl'? Does this tie in to rape culture and misogyny? About 10 to 15 senetnces.
