Chapter 16: “Integrated Marketing Communications and International Advertising.”

Creating the message and communicating and promoting it in the global arena for the brand, product or service is the subject of this week’s reading. Sales promotion, public relations, government regulations, and advertising strategy and planning will be reviewed.

Chapter 17: “Personal Selling and Sales Management.”

This chapter is concerned with how to recruit, motivate and manage a global sales and marketing staff.

Unit 9 Learning Journal
