Research and cite an article on an area of nonverbal communication that interested you this week. Compare and contrast the article findings to that of your reading. Then use specific examples to reflect on how this area of nonverbal communication impacted your life. Lastly, how will you integrate this new knowledge (what will you change) into your life to become a more effective communicator.

Each reflection should be 3-6 paragraphs in length (1-2 paragraphs for each question). The first question asks you to compare and contrast the weekly reading to an article of your choice. You will need to provide at least 3 specific similarities and 3 specific differences between the weekly reading and the article. For the second question provide several examples to illustrate how this concept has impacted your life. Finally, the third question asks you to discuss how you will integrate the concept into your life to be a more competent communicator. Use APA style when citing the article.

You may pick an article of your choice to compare and contrast with the weekly readings above.

Also Answer questions below.

1.)Take a look at the ineffective listening flashcards (http://www.proprofs.com/flashcards/story.php?title=types-ineffective-listening

(Links to an external site.)) and pick two that you utilize the most.  Identify what relational impact they may have to the speaker and what you could consciously do to break the ineffective habit and become a more effective listener.

2.)Please list the steps in the listening process and analyze your effectiveness on each of them.  You should provide a couple of sentences on each step.  In addition, please reflect on which part of the process you need to work on and create a detailed plan with goals of how you will become a more effective listener.
