Project #59254 - Abnormal Behavior

Minimum of 200 words each. Include scholarly resources only. If a drug helps a person's behavior become more "normal," does that mean that a biochemical abnormality was the cause of the abnormal behavior in the first place? The Topic 2 Lecture states that, "Researchers must take into account their own biases and a study's unintended impact on subjects' usual behavior." To address these issues, it says researchers have to use multiple research approaches, as well as single-blind and double-blind conditions. Do you feel these methods are sufficient to make sure a study is not biased and is conducted in a valid manner? Explain your rationale.
