Project #60193 - Life coaching

Your Final Assignment consists of three (3) tasks. 

  1. Finally, take two (2) of your clients through a complete coaching session.  You will want to make sure you use the questionnaires you have developed throughout the course, use your coaching session schedule and client feedback. Provide a detailed overview of each session with each client. 
  2. Please discuss the changes you personally experienced from your initial interview of the client to this one.
  3. Provide the personal growth you experienced throughout this course.  Where have you improved?  Where do you need to continue to "work" to hone your skills?  What were the 5 main things you learned through this course?  Get the idea?!

  13. List something that you feel you are ‘putting up with’ right now?Why?        

  14. What would you like your coach to do if you struggle with your goals?  Why?

  15. How will you know when you are receiving value from the coaching process?  Why?

  16. What approaches motivate /demotivate you?  Why?

  17. What would you like from your coach during your sessions: score on a scale of 1 -10 where 1 is not at all important        and 10 is extremely important:  Why?
