Project #62667 - Calculus problem

Please solve with working shown:

If f(3)= -2 and f'(3)=5

what does g'(3) equal if

a/  g(x)=3x2-5f(x)  please note this is 3x squared but I can't get superscript to work.

b/  g(x)=  3x+1      please note f(x) is the dem=nominator of 3x+1, but cannot        

                f(x)                          space it closer
