Project #67641 - 3 Service Encounter Reflections

#1: Service Expectations--Think about a recent service encounter you experienced. This could be something simple like getting a haircut, buying a cup of coffee, or something more in-depth, such as experiencing a meal at fine-dining restaurant or staying at a hotel. For your first reflection, include: (a) a brief description of what the service was; (b) how and why you choose this service; and (c) your expectations for the service before you experienced it. Note: Don’t include your perceptions during the service encounter, only focus on your expectations before the experience.

#2:  Service Perceptions--Think about the recent service you discussed in previous reflection (#1). In your second reflection, include: (a) your perceptions of the service encounter; (b) how the service met your expectations; and (c) if the service fell short of your expectations, briefly explain what happened and if there was a service recovery initiated by the service provider.

 

#3: Servicescape--Think about the recent service you discussed in previous discussion topics (#1 & #2). Discuss and describe the servicescape of the service encounter.
