This is a lab assignment for my biology 2 class. I need a simple bar graph created. The graph should compare transpiration by privet under control and experimental conditions using averages and standard errors. Negative values indicate negative slopes: pressure in the tube declined over time as water evaporated from the leaf. If you were to plot the slopes, you would use the negative values. Since we will plot transpiration rate (mmHg/min/g), we can convert averages and standard errors to positive values so bars go up. Then write a short conclusion: Does your data allow you to exclude the null hypothesis? Is either hypothesis 1 or 2 supported? Explain. Please submit 1 page with figure, caption, and explanation.
