Project #68999 - Reading Response

It is not too long story.

It's word has to be 450 words at least.

Red Riding Hood Stories

How is the character of Red Riding Hood portrayed in the different versions of the stories? Obviously there are some differences, but there are many similarities too. How do Red Riding Hood’s character traits seem to relate to what happens to her in the end of each version? How do the different versions seem to reflect on what it means to be a young woman?

Based on the “moral” of the Perrault version of “Little Red Riding Hood,” what does a wolf seem to represent in these stories? If you expand on that idea, speculate on what might be at stake for Red, metaphorically, if it’s not (only) her life at stake.
