For the company you selected in Phase I of your Project (Coca-Cola Company), prepare an Organizational Culture and Development Plan according to the following:

 

  1. Describe the basic nature of the organizational culture based on the external adaptation and internal integration functions of the company.

  2. Explain how cultural roles; rules, shared values, meanings, organizational myths; and national culture influence the organization’s culture.

  3. Discuss the assumptions, values, and principles of organizational development (OD) at the firm to build workforce diversity.

  4. Describe what system do you recommend for organization-wide, group and inter-group, and individual OD interventions.

 

In answering these questions, demonstrate a clear relationship to the internal and external environmental factors of the organization described in Phase I and justify the recommendations with applicable management practices and theories of “organizational culture and development” as discussed.

 

Format: APA academic paper style, using bullets, subtitles, and references.
