Project #73903 - Essay response 300words+ $35

i need it in 10 hrs. thx

Read the essay(attached file): THE ALLEGORY OF THE CAVE

and then read a essay response with 300word+ and following requirement (please read it):

Each essay must be one and one half to two pages double-spaced typed (300-500 words).  Each paper must be anassessment or evaluation of the themes espoused by the author.  Summaries are of no value.  I already have some idea of what they are talking about (I think).

You may agree or disagree with the author – this is not significant.  Through your evaluation of each essay I will be able to ascertain whether or not you understood the essay.  However, I am interested in your critical thinking, sound reasoning and eloquence.  There is no one right answer.  Two papers may be diametrically opposed and both receive an ‘A’ or both may merit an ‘F’.

Ask yourself what exactly is/are the reason(s) for the author writing what they wrote.  You are to assess as to whether or not you agree with them and why or why not.  Your thesis or hypothesis may be implicit or explicit but it should be clear and substantially supported.

Important point:  You may disagree strongly with each author.  No problem. However, we are not studying these writers (some from 2500 years ago) because they are dumb or stupid.  None of them are such.  Such language employed in a college paper will only damage your evaluation and grade.  (A good four-year institution such as my alma mater, Georgetown University, would simply throw the paper away.  They really would!  They would probably throw these directions away too.) Rather please illustrate intelligently why they are wrong or off track or why you accept their ideas.

Red Flags – Please leave Out!

No narrative or descriptive language (this was a really neat paper, really liked this paper, Plato is a great . . .) no first person (I), no contractions (can’t, shouldn’t) or sentence fragments.  Refrain from undefended or unsupported generalizations or glittering generalities (. . . all parents love their children . . . .).  Offer specific examples to support your assertions.  If you cannot define certain concepts or particular words you probably do not understand them and that will make an evaluation difficult to execute.  Socrates, of all people, once stated that he knew only one thing and that was that he knew nothing.
