Brief the Citigroup Case, link below. Your case brief should include the following sections with headers: Case Name + Date Decided, Facts, Issue, Analysis (the court's decision and reasoning on this issue), and Reaction (what do YOU think? Did the court get it right? Why/why not?) You must paraphrase in your own words and if you are quoting directly from the case, put the quoted material in quotation marks. Simply cutting and pasting from the case itself is considered incomplete and will earn an "E" grade. **Refer to the material in "Learning Activities" for additional information regarding reading case law, and writing a Case Brief.** This is a long and complex case. Keep in mind that this is a 25-point assignment and I am looking for a broad overview of the main issue, how it was decided and why, and what your reaction is. Feel free to use sources outside the case (and definitely read your Chapter before even attempting this, for the vocabulary) to understand it but be sure your sources are correct to this case because there were several Citigroup lawsuits following the recession.
