The use of the right management approach and proper planning strategies is paramount to the success of any business.

Respond to the following questions on planning:

  • Is planning an important skill that every manager must have?
  • What is involved in planning?
  • What should managers plan for if they are responsible for a large operation?

This week, you will put together the entire employee manual as well as create a management team philosophy.

Create a philosophy for your management team and include the following:

  • The way you would like the management team to run your organization.
  • The points of interaction and success factors within your philosophy.
