The Human Resource Management System (HRMS) or the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is the representation of where HRM and IT meets.  They typically encompass payroll, attendance, benefits administration, recruiting, training, performance, and employee self-service

The leading systems are:

    1. 1. Sage HRMS 
    2. 2. Kronos Workforce Ready
    3. 3. Oracle HRMS/Peoplesoft
    4. 4. SAP ERP HCM

 

Please provide a comparison of all four systems across the 7 areas mentioned above (payroll, attendance, benefits administration, recruiting, training, performance, and employee self-service).  Please put this "comparison" in the structure of a formalized APA style research paper (not a table).  Background on each company needs to occur FIRST.....and then the comparison of the four systems across the 7 areas mentioned above should occur.  This paper should be between 15-20 pages of content......the title, and references are additional.  Be sure to end your paper with your assessment of which of the four systems, in your opinion, is best.  A minimum of 5 scholarly sources is required (Libguides/GALILEO, public library, books).
