A. Conclusions

In this section, present and discuss the conclusions you reached as a result of your research phase as well as the findings from your data collection and analysis process. Remember that conclusions put the results of the data collection into the context of your project and organization.

B. Recommendations

Here, present your recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner. Your recommendations should clearly define the proposed course of action and be grounded in the reviewed literature, data, and the opinions of experts in the field.

C. Implementation Plan
For each of the recommendations presented in the previous section, address each of the following implementation considerations. Keep in mind that not all of the elements (policy, timing, human resources, and budget) may apply to your project. Consider each of the elements in turn. Recommendation:In this box, describe the specific change. Discuss how the change will be implemented. Describe the steps that are needed to implement the change.

Policy 
Explain any need to change existing policy. Identify the changes necessary (if any). Determine who will need to agree to make the change.

Timing
Present a timeline for implementation. Describe the deadlines for each of the steps to be completed. Determine and present the deadline for completion of the entire project.

Human Resources
In this section, identify the person(s) responsible for completing the tasks and the level of authority within the organization necessary in order to make the change. If additional staff are required for the implementation, discuss whether these are new positions or transfers from others. If training is required, the people to be trained must be identified. Finally, present the method of communication that will be used to communicate the change.

7.

Budget Considerations
Now assess the impact of the change on budget. List the funds that will be required, the person who must approve allocation of the funds, and the person(s) who will be responsible for spending the funds.

8.

Interconnectedness
Finally, present and discuss your assessment of the impact that the change will have on other departments within the organization.

9.

D. Executive Summary

This is the last item to be completed at the conclusion of the project. The executive summary should provide a brief introduction to the problem or opportunity, discuss the research process, and present the conclusions and recommendations. The summary concludes with a brief overview of the implementation plan.
