Project #80768 - case study

Management theory

The concepts of scientific management and organisational bureaucracy have tended to suggest that organisations might operate akin to machine: if an organisation might have machine-like fundamentals, then all that needs to be done is for parts and jobs to be specified and step by step process followed. Thus, some understand an organisation's behaviour and outcoms in terms of relationship cause and effect - this concept also stresses linearity.

Other management theories and concepts see organisations somewhat differently: as a living system or forms of networks. The nodes in such networks are represented by humans as system agents, while the connecting links are the relationships that exist between people. Each agent is constantly acting and reacting to what the other agents are doing. Thus giving rise to a perspective that suggests that organisations can be seen as a network of multiple and interacting agents, that can display fairly autonomous relationships.

What is needed is create 4 questions and answer them, 150 words for each answer so it is going to be 600 words for 4 answers.

NOTE: IT MUST BE BASED ON THE THEORIES WHICH I HAVE AND I WILL GIVE IT TO YOU AS SOON AS WE DISCUSS.

THANKS.
